As a Team Member, you may be responsible for:


Providing Excellent Customer Service with a smile!

Taking accurate food orders

Preparing all KFC food

Partnering with other Team Members and Managers to meet target goals during your shift

Restaurant Cleanliness

Ensuring items are well stocked

Presents a neat, clean appearance, in company uniform

Greets each customer they encounter with a smile and a word of welcome or departure

Maintains a clean and safe environment for customers

Prepares work area for service

Serves customers according to all company procedures and standards

Work with management and fellow employees

Cooperation with peers - work with fellow employees as part of a team, helps others when they need a hand

Attendance – must be reliable

Cooperation with Management - is open and receptive to requests, demonstrates flexibility and dependability

Initiative and Energy - takes action without being told, goes beyond what is simply required, maintains a high activity level

Perform Cleaning, Stocking

Keeps all food and service areas, equipment and utensils clean and organized throughout the day

Performs all cleaning tasks as assigned and on schedule

Meets company standards for sanitary food preparation and handling

Follows approved company safety procedures

Performs other duties as required by manager
